Without the help of production workers in our greenhouses, there is no end product and therefore no logistics! At AquaFleur International B.V., we are looking for an enthusiastic production worker to join our team.

Your role as a production worker:
As a production worker at AquaFleur International B.V., you are the driving force behind the filling, packaging and preparation of our quality products. You feel comfortable with repetitive and predictable tasks. Together with a close-knit team, you alternate between different tasks, supporting your experienced colleagues in the packing department and in our greenhouses.

You collect and pack orders, label customer orders, prepare new stock for sale, cut and plant young plants and cuttings. Our enthusiastic team works hard every day, but there is certainly room for sociability.

We believe in the power of team spirit! Training is not the most important thing, but having the right personality in our team is.

• You are good with unpacking, packing, preparing for shipment, sorting and checking;
• You are flexible with infectious drive and a good dose of enthusiasm;
• You like structure and are comfortable with repetitive production tasks.
• You also enjoy alternating your daily activities and acquiring new skills.
• You enjoy working independently but have a team spirit to help your colleagues when needed.

Your work environment at AquaFleur:
We are AquaFleur International BV. We grow more than 200 plant species in our state-of-the-art 20,000 m2 greenhouse, equipped with the latest horticultural technology. Each of these plants receives individual care from our colleagues, and meticulous climate control is essential. We constantly monitor humidity, acidity, temperature and nutrient levels. Thanks to our assimilation lighting, breeding activities in our laboratory continue unabated even in the dark winter months. This guarantees the highest quality aquarium plants.
